Diamond KK Inc

Due to hail damage, I needed a new roof. My insurance company, Nation Wide, recommended Diamond KK Inc, roofing. The Insurance company also backed the work with a 5yr warranty on the installation. I gave Diamond KK a call and informed a representative would be out soon with the contract. Their rep kept missing the appointment. His mode of communication was via text and he would text at odd hours of the day saying he was going to be late or needed to push it back. I called Diamond KK and spoke with their office manager explaining how their rep kept missing our appointment. The next day the rep finally arrived. He didn't seem happy. We discussed the roof and I explained I wanted a ridge vent. Once the contract was signed and I paid half upfront via credit card, the Diamond KK rep informed me they would get started in about a month. Two months went by and I still had not heard from Diamond KK. I called Diamond KK and spoke to the same office manager as before and asked when they would start. Apparently, the rep I had been working with quit and my contract was lost or miss placed. Diamond KK sent out another rep(2) and I signed a new contract. After several more weeks, the shingles arrives and the crew started working on the house. The crew consisted of two men and one teenager of school age, who should have been in school. Neither could speak English and the rep never showed up to supervise. Once the crew finished, cleaned up and departed, it was several more days before the rep showed up to collect the final payment. Several days later, there was a heavy rainstorm and I notice water pouring down the chimney. I took pictures and recorded the leak. I contacted my insurance company and Diamond KK. Diamond KK, sent out the same rep and he called a worker to get up on the roof to inspect the chimney. The worker caulked around the chimney and declared it fixed. After several days, it rained again and the chimney still leaked. I called Diamond KK again and they sent out the same crew to inspect the chimney again. This time they replaced some flashing and added more caulk. After several weeks, I received a call from the Diamond KK office manager requesting more money. She stated I still owed them money for the roof. I explained I had paid in full on the agreed upon amount. I scanned the contract and sent it to her. She apologized and explained the office was a little chaotic at the moment. The person handling the billing had been sick. My insurance rep called for a quick survey on Diamond KK. I expressed my deep dissatisfaction with this company and recommend Nation Wide stop recommending Diamond KK. It’s been a year since my roof was installed. Lots of heavy rain but no leaks. Oh, and the ridge vent I wanted on the roof. It was never installed. It was left of the 2nd contract. Folks do yourself a favor and find another roofing company because Diamond KK is a Cubic Zirconia
