The reason I'm writing this review is because I had a very bad experience at this office before. It seemed to me like the worker didn't really care about our case and made the process very difficult. But this time my experience was the exact opposite and I really felt like I was wonderfully taken care of by the person assigned to my case Ms. Gonzalez. Also Ms. Augborne who assisted in parts of our case was very knowledgable, helpful and nice. I just wanted to let everyone know that it really matters how you take care of your customers. You can make or break their day just with your attitude. Thanks again for all the great help we received.

I have come across a worker who have terminated my medical and EBT since last year and she is giving me hard time since 4 months. Even the aupervisor is not worth talking this is unbelievable they are denying you government aide like it's coming out of their pocket

I have a adopted child, the court had social service give medical to her until she is at at certain age. She is still a minor, Social worker termniated her medical. Im going to the adoption court to report the social worker! Also it was told to me by the social supervisor that I made to much money? How is this possible, when I just make min wages. Also I had termniated any help from them after a month or so that I was sending pay stubb cooies. My adooted child is suppose to have her health benifits even way before I had my job. So other the County of Social Service do their work properly, or Im going to sue them if my child can not see a medical doctor etc. Her health is needing medical. Though she has not been able to see any doctor nor her dentist, Obama care! I will start litigation!

There were two persons at the front counter. The intake person was disrespectful and combative. When the other person sought to help me, then the counter person tried to prevent her from providing the help I was being given. Where do they get these people and is there no unbiased personnel review process to assure quality and concern? I'd give zero the the counter lady and zero to the supervisor whom put this monster at the lead!!!
