        Overall

        Order sympathy basket for wake online Monday evening for delivery by Wednesday 2 pm. Never delivered flowers to my uncle's wake and charged me. Now I have to dispute with CC. When I call Thurs. morning they don't answer the phone till around 10 pm and tell me the computer didn't print out my order. What!!! If you can't handle online orders get out of the game then. This was terrible experience.
