i.e., A locaI have called Advanced Air 6x in the last 1.5 month to have my Radon Mitigation System serviced. Over the course of 6 phone calls, I have spoken to an individual 4x and left a voicemail 2x. These phones calls have resulted in no response, no service and no solution to my Radon Mitigation System that Advanced Air sold and installed to me less than 4 years ago. The 5th phone call resulted in the individual of the other end of the phone telling me to turn off my Cancer preventative Radon Mitigation System. This posture and overall lack of performance is negligent and harmful to the consuming population. My recommendation is not use this company. Poor costumer service! l favorite, or highly recommended because
