        Overall

        Perrin Nicolson offered phenomenal service and great rates. I shopped around and found that the rates Nicolson, Ray and Turner were better than any other closing attorney I spoke with. But what was most impressive was the service. Integrity is the word that comes to mind when I think of Perrin. He was always extremely responsive, and actually cares. He also took the time to actually explain things to me. I used them twice this year and highly recommend them to my friends.
