ACE Plumbing was excellent! They are respectful and work efficiently. Repaired all my plumbing issues and I have not had a problem since. Very affordable. I highly recommend ACE Plumbing.

Call them told them the problem. They ask if I wanted to wait till tomorrow. Told them I need someone tonight. They took my number and I have yet to hear back from them. So much for 24 hr Service.

I was extremely livid with Benjamin Franklin and how they constantly overcharge my brother over the year’s who is a retired veteran. My brother has been using Benjamin Franklin for over 7 year and the amount of money they have over charged for services in those seven (7) years is very astounding. I thank God for Ace Plumbing Company in Columbus, Georgia who was able to come to our home find our leak which had damage the kitchen and living room in under an hour after being there. Benjamin Plumbers did not locate the problem, but did charge us a hefty fee for service. Ace Plumbers came in they smiled took their time in accessing the problem, found the problem and charged us much less to complete the work that we paid previously to Benjamin aka Hollywood Plumbers prices. Ace Plumbers even gave us a Veteran discount on top of our bills. “Speaking from a satisfied customer who had never dealt with this company ever and the first time ever dealing with this company ACE plumbing their receptionist was professional, the plumbers were very pleasant, the owner got involved and they were extremely honest about the job from the beginning. “Now I’m not saying your bill will be like mine ever situation maybe different, but I promise you they will find the problem, fix the problem and when they hand you the bill it will make you smile.
