K&B Creations was an absolute pleasure to deal with in all facets of my project. They supplied and installed over 250 kitchens and over 700 bathrooms . They were always on time with delivery of product and on schedule, if not ahead with installation .
If there were problems they were quick to respond in a very timely manner. Would use them again in a heart beat.

I was continually disappointed with this company - when the salesperson was helping me with selections she was very helpful; that ended the moment they had my $$$. From then on it became as story of delays, non-communication and appallingly poor customer service. Your kitchen is an important addition to your home and you spend a lot of money on it - you would expect more for your $20,000 than this level of service. My cupboards were delayed way over a week - no communication from anyone - then my counter tops were again, late - and again, no communication. Emails were only answered sporadically and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. If you want an expedient, helpful and smooth kitchen renovation DO NOT use this company.
