I couldn't be happier with the reasonable pricing that he's continued to maintain for all these years and the prompt service. I brought my machine in one day and was finished by the next day. Never sewed better. Next day service was very important to me I have a business and use it all the time. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

I took my Viking sewing machine to Sew & Vac to have it serviced. My bobbin winder wasn't working also my reverse button wasn't working. I dropped it off and 1 hour later the service man called me to tell me my machine wouldn't sew the feed dogs wouldn't feed. He didn't know how to fix it. My reply to him was that my machine was sewing and I had just used it the day before. His reply back to me was that it must be a coincidence that it stopped sewing when I brought it to him. I picked it up and took it to the Viking dealer in Spokane ( which I should have done to begin with) I was told by this repair man, that in all of his 40 years of working on machines he had never seen a machine get messed up the way mine was. It was not cost effective to repair my machine. . Please do not take your machine to CDA Vac & Sew. I never right reviews but thought this was important to warn others of his shoddy workmanship and his dishonesty.

This place is the best, fast, friendly and economical place to shop!!! The repair turnover is simply a day or two. Gary, the owner is so great to work with and can really do it all!!
