Mac and Eric serviced my water heater, they gave an honest and fair assessment without making me feel like they just wanted a profit. They explained everything thoroughly, gave me options to decide, and were very professional and fast. I can seriously tell that the boss or owner took the time to not only train them in plumbing but also in professional customer service. It makes me feel good and take pride when I see businesses like this in a small town like Clovis. Thank you both Eric and Mac for your help and quality service.

Did a great job and I like how respectful and kind they were. I also like how they clean everything up after the job.

Over the weekend my water heater broke. I called Mark Carpenter plumbing and Brian Carpenter called me to let me know that someone will be out after the call they are currently on. I didn't think it was going to be fixed until the week began but Mark Carpenter Plumbing has an excellent staff and very devoted.
Doug fixed my plumbing issues in a timely manner. Mark Carpenter Plumbing is a great service. I highly recommend them to everyone I know because of how efficient they are and how well they fixed everything.
Very knowledgeable and professional; strong work ethic; took time to answer any questions I had; would highly recommend him and the crew at Mark Carpenter Plumbing! They are tops! Even the drywall crew they contracted out were exceptional! The entire crew from the initial estimate to the final cleanup, made a potentially terrible experience one that was easier to bear.
