would NOT recommend this company. They missed MEGA- damages to my home, including major water damage, mold build up that was covered up, and a major electrical problem. Sadly, these problems didn't surface until 14 months- 2 years after our inspection. However, these problems took years and years to build up, so they were missed by our home inspector. He told us we had a damp basement that could be "90% fixed by adding gutters to the house" Found out that water was seeping in from the foundation or our house, it took $8000 to recifity the problem. He also missed major mold damage that was covered up by waynes-coating. We were first time home buyers and had no idea. (our house is only 25 years old. ) I would definitely recommend you use another company who is more thorough so you don't expience what we did.
