FOOFIE POOCHIES

This place is absolutely horrible! They did a horrible job of cutting my dogs hair (golden retriever), they forgot to cut the hair on his paws, they never put a bandana on him (like promised on the coupon) and he was still partially wet when they gave him back to me! Also disgusting customer service! I received a "coupon" from them which is "supposed" to include 2 full groomings and a nail clipping for the dog all for the price of $40. They told me I wouldn't have to pay a penny more. So i purchased the coupon and made the appointment for my dog's first grooming. When I came to pick him up they told me I had to pay an additional $25!! I told them that this was NEVER explained to me when I purchased the Coupon and even when I dropped him off they never informed me of this. I wouldn't have minded paying if only I was informed when I first purchased the coupon. They were very nasty to me and told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call the lady who sold me the coupon. They were just throwing all the blame on the promoter who sold me the coupon and they made NO effort what so ever in trying to resolve the problem themselves. I called the promoter Lorrie who was very nice and professional and did everything in her power to make me happy and resolve my problem. She was never told herself about these "hidden fees". Just beware of hidden fees from this place! They don't tell you about "extra" charges untill you pick up your pet. I will NEVER be coming back to them again! My other groomers does a MUCH better job and they only charge me $42 for everything.
