Very easy to work with everyone. Very good communication throughout the project with Emails and phone calls. No surprises. One change order required to repair original roof mistakes made by home manufacturer. Our project required complete removal of old roof. Grounds cleaned up every day. Roof looks Very Good. I had to have a new roof due to the storm that came through the area back in April. It was a nightmare at first dealing with the insurance company, but when affordable roofing got involved, gave me my estimate, and worked with my insurance company, everything started to go smoothly. They did a good job and I was suprised how fast they worked. Also, had a friend who used another company (don't remember the name) and she said they left nails in her yard and her dog stepped on one of the nails and hurt its foot. I haven't found any nails in my yard. They did a good job and I would recommend them.
