My kitchen sink has clogged up 3-4 times in the past 5 years, once again it clogged on Thursday. I tried plunging and snaking but it didn't fix the problem. In the past I called Hiller, Alfred , and others and they would run their industrial snake 50' and the drain would flow. This time I called Scott and after he spent 5 minutes looking at the pipes he said he knew what the problem is. He noticed the pipe in the basement didn't have the correct slant to it and also notice some redundant pipes going to it. He figured out the problem and quickly went to work making cuts and installing the new pipes fixing the problem once and for all!! Scott did this while ensuring he maintained a clean work environment and explained to me exactly what he was doing. The problem that we had been patching and spending hundreds of dollars on over the past 5-6 years is finally fixed thanks to Emerson Plumbing, Scott did this job thoroughly and was very kind and informative all for a very fair price. Our pipes froze and burst over the weekend. Our normal plumber showed up 36 hours later than scheduled - did a few things and said it would be 3 days before they could come back and repair everthing. That evening I called Emerson out of the blue because of their rating and Scott was very helpful. I'll never forget the night that my wife dropped her wedding ring down the drain. We were both in a panic, then we both looked at each other and said "let's call Scott". When we built our house outside the Clarksville city limits we were concerned with low water pressure in our neighborhood. Scott recommended a whole-house water pressure booster pump that turned out to be an affordable and dependable solution. He has been our go-to plumber ever since. When we needed a gas water heater replaced, we called Scott. He promptly recommended and installed a brand he knew would give us good service.
