On a scale from5 to 1, 5 being the best, I scored all 5's. Staff, service was excellent. The work was done on time and more than satisfied not only with the quality, but the price. As an extra bonus they even washed our car. Would highly recommend them to people, I already have.

While driving down the NYS ThruWay, my windshield was hit by a large object that fell off of a tractor trailer. I needed to get the whole windshield replaced, it was shattered and there was a crack running across the entire piece of glass. I brought my car to Northside Collision in Baldwinsville. They had my car for about a week, but each night I received a call to update me on the status of my vehicle. They had the car ready when they said they would, and they even washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and found it to be spotless! Thank you for returning my car in better shape than when I dropped it off!

I just wanted to let you know how exceptional the recent experience that I had with Northside Collision.

The whole repair project (back bumper and exhaust system) took less than a week and a communication throughout the process was awesome!

Although no one likes to have their vehicle damages in an accident (especially one they did not cause in any way), their team made the whole experience very easy.

It's rare that you find great people, with great service and a great end product, but that's exactly what we got with Northside Collision. We had a front end collision to our Mercedes that we had always taken to Romano for all repairs and were leery of going to an 'outside'company.



We took the chance on going to Northside and we're completely impressed with our entire experience. They were more than friendly, coordinated with our insurance and made the repair so perfectly that my wife and I couldn't tell we ever had an accident!



If you want someone who actually cares about their customers and can deliver an outstanding finished product that's as good as factory, call Northside.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience! I got a call every 3days from Mike who followed my car throughout the repairs and answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond in order to help me have my car repaired after it was in an accident. I got a rental car and they took care of everything for returning it back to Enterprise and it was the easiest process. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have never been in a collision before but the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. It was nearly painless and my car is in perfect condition(maybe better than when it went in) Absolutely no regrets at all!

Very unhappy. We dropped our van off for repairs on Mon. We were told it would be done by Thurs. Thurs morning we got a phone call, my husband and I got 2 different stories as to why the van wasn't done, and we were told it would be ready first thing in the morning Friday. Friday morning came, my husband spoke to them around 10:30am, he was told it will be another 2 hours, it is now 1:30pm and still have not heard from them. We were supposed to go out of town Thurs evening. We have delayed our trip a day already and now it looks as though we won't be able to go at all, because Northside Collision doesn't have the van done yet.

Will never use them again.

The staff at Northside Collision was great, called to make sure our schedule was accommodating as well as working great with our insurance, we have used them on numerous cars and had nothing but a great experience.
