Perfect Dental Smile Ltd

My appointment was for 3:30pm and I arrived a half an hour early. When I arrived, there were no clerk and the dentist, Dr. Alazzawi, walked past me to go outside. The establishment didn't look that clean either. 15 minutes later, the dentist returned but still no clerk. I called them on my cell and the clerk picked up the phone immediately (strange). I told her I've been waiting for 15 minutes to register, I'm standing at the front counter, no one is there. She passed the phone to the dentist whom told me someone is on the way. 5 minutes later, Dr. Alazzawi, the lady whom was on the phone, and a male clerk, was behind the counter. After sharing with them my dental insurance and concern, they've shared that they only accept CASH and want $100 to do my. That was wild, who really walks around with $100 bills in their pockets? My last dentist charged between $30-$50 and my insurance covered the rest plus they took credit cards. So I left and won't be returning.
