        Overall

        The workers make so much noise and keep doors and windows wide open disturbing other residents. Trying to talk to them is impossible for their lack of English! They use the shopping carts for our condo building and if and when they return them they are filthy! They have 2 carts now in a locked unit

        they have been working on, causing a shortage of carts for those of us who shop on the weekends.

        They park in people parking spots underground without permission and ignore notes (probably because of language barrier) placed on said vehicles.

        Very unprofessional!
