Blue Ridge Heating and Air

HVAC System installed a year and half ago. Did not work correctly right from the start. Even when installing they did not show up on time. They held up the other subcontractors (plumbing and electric). They left a huge mess. I called recently with a problem during the coldest days of this year. They never called back. I had two gas leaks (luckily outside) that I paid someone else to repair. I also had a sensor that was originally installed incorrectly. I paid someone else for a repair on this latest issue after waiting for two days for Blue Ridge to call back. In talking to several other people I learned that these guys could not have a five star rating or even close to it. Word of mouth is more accurate than YP reviews. I would never hire them again or recommend them.
