Very Polite and Informative

Took in my laptop for upgrades needed for a computer science class and everything worked out great. I got the upgrades done in a few hours and i was back at working on my projects. This is my go to computer store when ever i have issues and they are always resolved. I recommend you try them out.

My daughter and I came in to have her iPad repair because the charger wasn't working. The assistant was so helpful with us he check the charger and the iPad. He gave us a free charger and said hopefully this one works. I tried to paying for it and he said don't worry about it. And gave us the charger for free. This was such a positive experience and I would definitely recommend this computer place to everyone I know. I guess there is really is good honest people out there. Thank you so much ASN computers

Salman and Shafir walked me through the purchase process for a new laptop and have spent lots of time helping make the adjustment from Win 7 to Win 10. Both are extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time.

This is my second computer I purchased from ASN Depot. Solomon has continually gone above and beyond to help me with my computer needs. He sells quality equipment. He knows his S#$& and so does his staff. Its a holiday weekend and guess what......, he came in to complete my system. That's service you don't get from the Big box stores. ASN Depot has my back and yours too.

Excellent place, really expert at what they do. Built me a custom system, transferred my data. I am very pleased with professionalism and attention to details. Best of all they were really interested in listening to me and understanding the problems I was facing. Highly recommended.

This local business in Chino Hills just gained a fan! I don't normally write reviews due to not having time to think and write. With that said, I've seen this shop for quite sometime and to be honest, I never even thought of going in. Not just with this store but with any non-commercialized stores. Because most of the time I buy and/or get my laptop fixed through vendors and IT services that my company uses or simply just buy things on Amazon. Long story short, Salman and his staff which I wish I got his name because he was very honest and saved me quite amount of money were very professional. I came in the store expecting to get my hard-drive upgraded to a much bigger space not knowing the high amount it would have cost me. After performing assessment and asking me questions about how I use my laptop, they were able to give me suggestions of what I needed to do. Though they sell parts and refurbished equipment and some are new, not once did they make me feel that I needed to buy anything from their store. In fact, they even suggested for me not to spend so much money on a hard drive that I may not need. Hence I ended up buying a hard drive with enough space for what I need. I really appreciated their honesty and their customer service is really good. I brought in my laptop on Monday and I was told it will not be ready until Wednesday. But today (Tuesday), I got a call and was told my laptop is ready to be picked up. I have to be honest, I walked out that store feeling satisfied and happy that I gave this local business a try. For those who gave bad reviews on this store, perhaps you might have caught them in a very busy state and/or maybe just have miscommunication or misunderstanding. If you give them another try, you might just feel as satisfied as I have.

Looking for a refurbished computer and trying not to break the bank...... this is the place to go to. Salman was very helpful in finding out what our needs were, when looking for an Apple laptop. Very knowledgeable, polite, honest and gave 5 star service. Any questions you may have, Salman and his team are very easy to talk to and are detailed when explaining.

Salman and his team are experts in computer service. They are communicative, very knowledgeable, and can help you with any Mac, PC, or tablet related issues. Even if you did not buy your PC from them, they work hard to make this right and make you happy with outcome. I highly recommend you visit them for a consultation. Nice atmosphere, and they have some pretty good Best Buy type pricing deals, and can do things they Geek Squad could never perform.
