Sophisticated Flooring

Most of the bad reviews are from people who tried to get advantage from us and we don't tolerate those kind of treatments Demetri and his wife hired me to do one thing but at the time perform the job they wanted more work wich has a different price so that's why we packed and go back plus they ask Identifications to all my guys I had done job for officers even them don't do that luckily we didn't work but even like that I got a review from this person.

I was aghast how Adrian from Sophisticated Flooring conducted his business with his customer. I spoke with Adrian via phone on November 12, 2021 and asked that he provide me with a quote for a stairwell project. He asked that I send him pictures and to explain what I want done. He sent me a price via text. I agreed with the price and suggested that he come to my home to get a more accurate measurement prior to the job. He contacted me the morning of the task and wanted to know the size of the treads. I texted back and informed him I was unaware and again suggested that he come to do a measurement. Before I knew it, he had his crew to my home on November 15 around 8 a.m. in which they started moving furniture and hanging plastic to preserve my furniture. Adrian then sent me an email the morning of the job with a new quote which was $2700 dollars more than what he originally quoted in the text. When I called him to ask about the significant difference, he acted as if he never provided me with a pricing. He called his team while on the job and demanded them to take their gears and leave. I am so happy that I didn't cut them a check prior to the job. Talk about integrity!
