House of Glass

Excellent service-my windshield was broken by a rock on the highway. House of Glass was able to get me in that day. They also had the best price of any one I called, and even better, free chip repair for a year on that windshield. Seems like a hard working bunch of people,and local which I always try to support. They will continue to have my business.Thanks guys.

Do not go to House of Glass. There is no customer service. I ordered an item and they said they should get it in a week. The installation was scheduled, and I took off work to be present. No one showed! Another one was scheduled a week later, and a third one scheduled a week after that. No one showed each time! No explanations were given. I went to House of Glass in person, and they said they ordered the wrong item (without ever telling us). They said the correct item should be received in a week. I made several calls and sent several emails. None returned. I gave up after a month and went to someone else.
