        I've always had great service here. I've taken numerous vehicles to them for windshields, mirrors, and one piece of side glass. They're usually cheaper than anyone else. And they're definitely quicker to get into than other shops. They have tons in stick, and are great to work with.

        I agree DO NOT USE! I was charged a $100 trip fee that was not disclosed. Unprofessional and rude.

        DO NOT USE!!!! I called this morning to get a bedroom window fixed in my house and was told someone would be there within a couple of hours. After waiting for 5 hours and seeing that it was getting dark. I called again and was told that they had all of their technicians booked out for the day. I asked what I was supposed to do about a broken window in March. The guy told me to put up a board, when I told him I do not have a board or a truck to get a board, he told me I should find someone who has a truck or I'd have a problem for tonight. This all could have been avoided if someone would have told me they wouldn't have been able to get to me when I originally called.
