        Terrible! No call with an estimate that I asked for before deciding to proceed. I went to retrieve my vacuum after weeks of no contact and was told "oh, it is done." Outrageous price! I was charged 5 times what my father was charged for the same button issue. The repair man told me he also put in a new filter and "serviced" it as well as fixed. No new filter, no "service". He told me I could just leave it if I didn't want to pay. I paid. Never, ever, again.
