I had to have service technicians out to fix my fridge. They showed up early and where fantastic to deal with.

I give one star only because no stars is not a choice. Whirlpool set Charlie's up to do warranty work on a 4 month old refridgerator. Charlie's removed the appliance from my house to install a new sealed system. When they returned the appliance it had a dent in the side. When I told the company about it they said they didn't do it. I told them they did and I have before and after pictures to prove it. They then said it couldn't be repaired and asked what I wanted from them and we agreed I should have some options given to me. They said they would tell Charlie but he probably wouldn't return my phone call. Sorry service. My son had problems with them as well when they came to repair is washer and as a result when my wife was told by Whirlpool Charlie's would be the service company she told them she didn't want to use them but Whirlpool said the only other option was out of Colorado and it would take time. Maybe we should have taken the time and my new fridge (I'm not too happy with Whirlpool either) wouldn't be dented and I wouldn't have been called a liar by this company, The before and after photos show the damage happened outside my house. I will never use these clowns and liars again. Complained to BBB as well as they are members and boast A+ customer satisfaction. NOT!

I just turned my first home into a rental, and the fridge went out and one of the burners on the stove died within the first week of my renter moving in. Charlie showed up the same day in both instances and had both items up and working within half an hour of arrival. He knows what he is doing and gives you a fair price for the fix. He is now my first call whenever an appliance has an issue.

When my refrigerator decided to malfunction I met Charlie for the first time. He was courteous and informative, suggested ways to make it work better and lessen the possibility of needing further assistance with it. When I need repair work done I automatically call him, and yes the refrigerator is still going strong.

Charlies Appliance did a great job for us. We had a worthless Sears service contract and when sears would not come fix our washing machine we counted on Charlies.

I love them!I called them and within 3 days, my old appliances were removed. For FREE!How awesome is that?
