        We are an ever-evolving sanctuary for your yoga practice where you will be provided with an opportunity to release your daily stress while toning your body, quieting your mind and refreshing your spirit. Our goal is to help you reach your full potential both physically and spiritually through a continuous practice guided by knowledgeable certified teachers that will always be mindful and respectful of each student’s needs and limitations. Our students are also encouraged to challenge themselves as they evolve in their practice, with an approach that is never judgmental of themselves or others. We offer over 24 classes a week and many workshops to fit and enrich a healthy life style.
