        Can't express the efficiency and work ethic! They are friendly and no question the top Heating and Cooling company for installation and service...had them for over 20 yrs and will be with them for another 20 plus! Great Job Jason and Scott!!

        Doesn't Stand Behind Work

        Simmons installed a Lenox system in my condo in 2002. It proved to be inadequate capacity to cool the place during the Summer months. Their attitude is very much in the "not my problem" category, and I strongly recommend going with someone else for installations. For repairs, the first Summer I lived there, I paid their TECH $110 to tell me "there's nothing we can do" with an HVAC system on the roof. Of course, they installed said system on the roof. Moreover, while advertising "24 hour service" on their systems, that first visit revealed that you pay extra to have them come outside normal working hours. Pathetic company of the "trying to make a quick buck" type.
