Budget Blinds serving Chesapeake

I had them install about 50 wooden blinds on my windows. Some had electrical devices. They did a good job of installing the blinds and they worked hard at getting them all in. My only complaint was the one motor went bad and it took them a while to replace it. I would still recommend them because they were good and I was pleased with the blinds and their work.

We had wood blinds installed in the majority of our 4000 sq foot house. Budget Blinds did a great job. This was a big job with no room for error as wood blinds need to be measured perfectly and then installed accurately. This was done, exceptionally well for us. They also returned and even adjusted some of the blinds after the house had settled and the blinds adjusted with the house somewhat, at no charge. We would definitely recommend this firm. In fact I did, to my mother, sister and neighbor and Budget Blinds provided a $50 coupon for each referral. All 3 have been quite pleased as well.

I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all the help I received from Budget Blinds on my blinds, shutters, living room windows and most of all my martini valances!. I love them so much. It is not often anymore that you find a company that is as easy to work with and as accomodating as you guys! And I must say that Lynn Dee was unbelieveable! She came up with the most beautiful idea for my living room, and helped make my crazy martini valance idea a reality! She is amazing!! Thank you again for everything. I used Budget Blinds six weeks ago to install blinds at my house. The service was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful. They also gonna do another house that I own. They said it would be six to eight weeks. They've already called and set up an appointment to install them on the 28th of January. They're very good. The lady I talked to was very patient. She brought in the samples and measured all the windows. They were very good and know their business. They gave me a good price.

I had purchased blinds for my entire house several years ago. My vertical blind became inoperable due to my own mishandling. I only wanted them to come out and advise me as to how it could be fixed, but I did not want to pay a service charge. They agreed and came to my home shortly, repaired the blind and did not charge me a cent. To me, that's excellent customer service. I wouldn't go to any other company for window treatments in the future.

Well, it didn't go well-at first. I wanted flat plain roman shades and when the installer came that's not what I ordered. The craftsmanship wasn't good, they hung crooked in places and and it seemed to be a sewing problem. The decorator never came out to see the work and when I called and left messages, my calls were never returned. Finally I got through to the owner. I told him how unhappy I was and he said he'd like to come out and see for himself. He arrived on time with the 2 installers and the decorator I originally worked with. She apologized profusely for never seeing the finished products. I told him how I felt and he decided he would remake all the shades at his expense. All of his employees were very nice and professional. I was very happy that Budget Blinds acted in my interest and did the right thing in making a customer happy & satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Budget Blinds again because they stand by their word. I highly recommend Budget Blinds in Chesapeake, Va. for all types of window treatments.

The blinds were ordered and installed in less than three weeks after the windows were measured. The quality of the blinds is much better than I expected and they look fantastic. The installers (John & Jada) arrived on time and were very professional. They installed the blinds in about two hours and left no mess. The measurements were perfect (thank you, Susan). I would recommended this company to anyone. The employees are great and so are the blinds.
