Maximum Heating & Air

My air conditioning literally broke on the hottest day of the month so far. I was very very upset. I called Maximum Heating and Air because they have really good reviews. Thankfully, they came to my home pretty fast and fixed the air conditioning without me having to buy a new one. They did have to leave and go get some part but they came back right away and had the unit working again. Seem like a really, dedicated company.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Maximum Heat and Air. The management (Gene) immediately addressed any concerns or issues regarding my central heating/air unit. Maximum has gone above and beyond. Honestly, I received much better service than expected.
I was never “put off” by anyone with the company. I received quick service and the technician arrived as scheduled. The technicians that I have worked with have been friendly and professional.
This company definitely puts the consumer first. I would recommend this company and plan to continue business with Maximum Heat and Air.

Called them today and they arrived promptly and had my air conditioning fixed within an hour. When it came time to pay the bill I was pleased, because it was very fair. I am highly appreciative!

Maximum Heating & Air truly is the best. I've used them for years on my maintenace and they recently replaced one of my systems with a RUUD system. I'm very pleased with the quality and efficiency of my system and the service I received from Maximum. Surprised to see a bad review on here. I'm a customer for life.

Awful. They constantly did repairs and then would hand me the bill, which is fine except they would not obtain permission before doing repairs nor tell me they were repairing anything. This happened twice!! I thought the first time was just a fluke, but when it happened again that was it! I even ended up paying $160 for a cheap thermostat that costs $50. I recommend finding a company that quotes first, obtains your permission prior to working on your unit, then works on the unit. Just because I make a service call doesn't mean I have the money to pay out for the repair (without knowing what's wrong with it to begin with).

all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit not intrested in fixing what i had......i got someone else out and they fixed it for $145
