Beware- open box appliances are considered refurbushed by manufacturer, and Lee, one of the owners told me, when Fisher & Paykel wouldn't replace after 4 repair visits over a month (none worked) that, "Once it goes out the door, we're done. It's a manufacturer problem" So if there were a minus rating I'd give it. The "discount", such as it is, in NOT worth the problems you'll have, with no backup by the store.
