I called to set up a move from storage to my home... less than 1 mile away.
I moved MY move day to fit their schedule, and they call me back a day and a half before the move to tell me that they were busy with another job and could not do it.
Completely hung me out to dry as they knew in advance that i had to move out of storage before the end of the month.
Beyond unprofessional... avoid them like the plague.
Wow, what a service... honest ...professional... Everything came protected (LA to TX) on time. Best customer service. Big, Big, Wow!
Never have I hired professional movers for the times I've moved prior to a week ago. After using their services I was amazed and glad I had them come out. Their prices are inexpensive and glad I wasn't surprised with any fees or surcharges at the end of the moving process and best of all there was no tax charge, which helped a bit. Give them two thumbs up.
Ben Hur was an amazing company to work with. The whole team was professional and made the move go smooth. All the movers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was amazed by how quickly they work and yet managed to be careful with my belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, glad I made the call.
