One particular member of staff was extremely rude and unprofessional at the Pineville, NC office. My information was coded wrong on my receipt. I simply wanted it corrected. She became combative and refused to give her name. She then snatched my receipt out of my hand and I told her to give it back and that she was rude. I asked her for her name but she refused to give it to me. She then closed the glass window in my face while I was sill talking. I never once raised my voice but she refused and was unequipped to answer any of my legitimate questions. I awaited queitly in shock of paying a practice to receive bad treatment. She came back with a card in hand that had the name Paula Myers and slammed the door in my face and was to asked to leave or the police would be called. Still baffolded by the whole experience I left after being humiliated. I looked up the number myself to call Paula Myers ,who works at the other location, she simply advised it would go in her file in which she seemed unbothered.. Still again baffolded and at this point in tears . My appointment was at 11:30 originally,which I was there on time, only to be seen at about 12:30. This was the worst experience that I have ever had of any kind. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. As far as the doctor, I was seen by Dr. Porter, he saw me for less than 5 minutes and rushed me on my merry way. He could have cared less not giving me a chance to ask or say anything. Also they are unorganized because they did not have any of the medical information of the doctor that gave the referral me prior to my visi which it was sent. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. It deserves less than one star.
