Flower Hut

I've ordered from Flower Hut for many years, sending flowers regularly, for various occasions, to close relatives who live in Charlotte. Their customer service is impeccable. For example - once, I sent flowers to the hospital, only to learn later that the patient had already been discharged - by the time I contacted Flower Hut, they had already re-routed the flowers -- he received them at his home that same afternoon, and they were beautiful. Everyone who's seen their arrangements has been absolutely blown away - and the flowers last for ages (my great-aunt raves about them). It gives me tremendous peace of mind, knowing that I can order from a local business (even though I live in New England) and their service and products are so reliable. I've used this flower shop for many many years. They have great products and great people. Those that post bad reviews about this place may have inadequate expectations. They have helped me for over 20 years. Can't be too bad if they have been around for this long.

Flowers are over priced and horrible quality.

Flowers over-priced.

Flowers not fresh. $32.00 of cash-n-carry cut stems wilted within 20 hours.

Owner would not give cash refund after photos were taken and wilted flowers returned within 48 hours.
