Whether you are a professional designer or do it yourselfer, we can help you with your designing and decorating needs. We specialize in custom window treatments for the discerning customer. If you are looking to change the look of a room, we can design the window treatment, bedding, pillows, table cloth or even the shower curtain. If you are not sure about which fabric or what look you want for your design, check out our other pages with design terminology and helpful information for choosing a color scheme. Want that custom look that no one else has? We can do embroidery on all most any project to give it that special unique and personal look.         Genie’s Drapery Service is owned and operated by Genie Prentiss Craggs. Genie is carrying on a family tradition lasting for over 4 generations. Genie’s great grandfather, C. Prentiss, originally open a business that sold draperies on King Street in down town Charleston, South Carolina. Genie has carried on the family tradition by opening her own drapery business. Genie opened Genie's Drapery Service in 1983.

She has completed jobs in Virginia, Connecticut, and the Island of St. Kitts. So if you live outside of state don’t hesitate to give her a call. She has taken on jobs from across the United States and outside the United States.
