ESC Elevator Inc

Rude, incompetent, not trustworthy. ESC has been stringing us along for nearly 2 months in an attempt to return our elevator to working order. First tech came and wasn't able to diagnose the issue because he needed a special tool. The first tech returned 3 weeks later (yes, you are essentially placed in the back of the line each time they have to return) with his special tool and still wasn't able to diagnose. The second, more experienced tech was scheduled to come two weeks later but was a no-show. However, he claimed he came by the house and nobody was home despite having two adults at home all day waiting for him to show up. After confronting the owner when they said it would be another 3 weeks to fit us in the schedule, he responded like a child making false accusations and failing to answer any of my questions. Hard to believe ESC is still in business.
