I have been a customer for thirty years. Service and reliability has been outstanding. When the inevitable emergency strikes they are on site in minutes. The last time I had a problem they shut my water off at the road prior to coming to the house. I would never call anyone else. They did all the HVC and plumbing work during a recent renovation. It was a complicated job which they performed perfectly and on budget. For polite professional service they are hard to beat.

Our water heater blew up in our basement in the middle of the night. It was cool because we now had our own personal water park, but not cool because.. well there was water everywhere. LD came out in the middle of the night, shut down our water park and had a new water heater installed the same day. I can't thank them enough!

I had Ld come out to recharge my air conditioner and just so happen when the Mechanic was leaving he stated that he would not be susprized if he was back in two week to re-charge my air conditioner. Well in about a week I had a 200.00 bill which included 8lbs liquid and the rest was serivce. I am assuming the Mechanic knew something was wrong because the week after that my air stopped working. I called and talked to Terry and was not willing to work with me on anything and infact said this was standard protocal. Needless to say I am using someone else that was smart enough to add the die in with the cooling liquid and performed all work under 150.00. Stay away from these guys unless you have money to waste.
