Very unprofessional practices, including threatening us if we didn't take down a bad Yelp review because they lost a sale. Bad experience including our compliant for two weeks that the smell was terrible, they continued to tell us to run it nonstop to "burn off" the newness. Didn't go away, we kept it off, but early one morning we were awakened by the Carbon Monoixide alarm. Turns out it was a faulty burner which they should have checked when we complained. Levels in our home were close to 280, the highest acceptable levels are under 20. We went thru so much with this group, I would never recommend them and am shocked that BBB has them at a A rating.
