Green Street Realty

I just moved into a new unit with Green Street and had previously rented for 6 months with them. The maintenance is quick- they fix what they can quickly as long as you just call it in. They do a good job cleaning and renovating the units; my new unit looks way better than it did when I viewed it back in March. The office staff is sometimes chaotic and disorganized though. I made 8 forms of contact prior to moving from Green Street to Green Street and I was told I could get my key earlier than I actually did. The secretaries are extremely nice but way overworked so I don’t blame them for any miscommunication. With all the new developments on campus and downtown, I really hope they get a larger office staff to meet the demands because I really don’t mind renting with them.

Green Street Realty is great when it comes to maintenance work. Bob was great. He fixed my sink and my water heater. He was a gentleman.

Brian went above and beyond to turn around a situation in which (due circumstances beyond anyone's control) my daughter had no place to live. His customer service and true concern for my daughter's well being was outstanding.
