The Home Pros Renovations

I recently renovated my kitchen using the services of The Home Pros. Needless to say any renovation work is difficult experience to go throughout. However, I must say that the staff made the process as painless as possible. I would like to comment on the professional manner of your sales representative, Howie. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the most appropriate and attractive materials for my kitchen. As I needed help or had questions during the remodeling process he was always there. The actual work crew was wonderful as well. Greg (the draftsman) and Lucio (the installer) were polite and courteous. The best part out of all this is that I have a lovely new kitchen.

Being in a business service myself I know that people are usually very quick to pass on complaints and negative comments. However, I think good feedback is just as important to receive. I have passed on you company name and Howie as the rep. to several of my neighbors that are considering having work done in their homes.

We have just finished having our cabinets refaced (formica) by The Home Pros and I can only say that we are more than pleased. It started with their salesman who came to my home and proved that their are professional salesperson still in existence. He never once pressured us into anything. He never talked against the cabinets we already had from a competitor. He was pleasant, polite and clear on all that he offered. That automatically made the sale. Your office personnel, namely Vanessa was consistently helpful and courteous and did return calls promptly. Next was your technician who measured and set things up who was equally competent. Then the final stage was your man who actually installed the work. he worked very hard and is definitely a man who knows his trade. He not only did an excellent job but did little extra things which are not really expected he was sure when he was finished that everything such as the pipes and sink were in good working order. His work was continual, quiet, pleasant, and definitely neat. He cleaned up after he was finished and I was not left with any unnecessary clean up. Even though we did things backwards like paint the kitchen first it was not a problem for him. He worked around it carefully. You have our recommendation for a Fine job all the way around.

Hey guys,it's done! It's done! We could not be happier. We are delighted with the finished product--our bright,white new kitchen. But,oddly enough, we actually enjoyed the process (one does not usually enjoy having one's kitchen torn up). Beginning with Diana,who contacted us within a very short time after we left an inquiry card at a hoe show, followed by the tour we took of their Carson facility, and then the installer- - we were impressed with everyone and everything. They are prompt, clean, and professional. We had the most interaction with the installer,of course, and I would like to especially single him out for praise. He is a great craftsman and just as importantly a real gentleman. We enjoyed the extra things he suggested we do. We appreciated the fact that he cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to have in our home. Our cabinets are beautiful,of course, that is what we paid for. I'm sure these beautiful cabinets will outlast us, and we will never need them again, but I do recommend this company to anyone needing a kitchen upgrade!
