Perfect Cooling Prod

I ordered a hood for my chevy prizm 2000 on July 4th from Automotrix and I am guessing this is the site they are sending my hood from. I was quoted a price of $164.15 by Automotrix but on my bank as a pending transaction there is a charge from this company, Perfect Fit, whom I have never heard of before for $273.54.



When calling Automotrix on July 5th, I am told shipping and handling charges of $124.00 - I stated that I was not informed of this, cancel order - Oh, we can't do that - it is already being processed, you will need to order a return shipping lable when hood arrives.



I said, no, this is Bait & Switch, I am quoted one price and then billed another? I even asked the gentleman, whom did not speak well, what my total would be, he even offered me $20 off the hood. I was told the total would be $164.15.



This is what I should be billed for. I am taking this up with my bank, I did not authorize the $273.54 and will not pay it. I will though, pay the $164.15 that I was quoted.



Do not use these companies. They do not tell you the whole story.
