This place is GREAT!!! EVERYTHING you need for baking is there. They are open to the public which is a plus since i am just learning to cook. The women inside are always friendly and very well educated on products. The products are very well made. I bought a pastry scraper for half the price of hobby lobby or Wal-mart. Everything is CRAZY cheap. It's one of the best kept secrets in carrollton!
