This copany was the lowest price and were using the same material as the other 3 I checked out. I had 3 cracks in the basement wall and one spot that looked wet. The contract did list only the three cracks and they did do all three cracks. The cracks no longer leak. The worker that did the repair didn't speak english very well and I had to take him outside to show him the crack was above ground at that point and needed epoxy patch on the out side so the crack would fillup completely. There was some droped epoxy on the floor and after the injected epoxy expanded it did run down the wall, and chiped out cement pices that were not cleaned up. I called rick up and ask him if he remembered the one chiped out spot on the wall behind a 2X4 and he said that he didn't remember me telling about. He did come back out and checked the spot he said he still didn't remember it maybe I had showed it to the other contractors but not to him; but he said that it wouldn't be a problem to fix and some time that week they would stop by and repair it. That was three weeks later he said some one would be out to fix it. He did do exactley what was on the contrack and it was my fault that I didn't insure that it was listed. It took more time than it should have but he did come back with his work man and fix chiped wet spot. We have had several large rain storms and I'am happy to report no more water leaks.





1. All the contractor I checked require the damage to be exposed. You Need to find it to fix it.

2. Make shure all damage is listed. It will make things easyier and less problems

3. If you have a contractor do any work; take the time to come back here to rate them it will help you and the next person. This includes the contractor that complete the work as promised or more.
