If you sold someone one of the priciest items in your store wouldn't you take care to follow through to completion? In the end the appliance was installed expertly but after the first installer literally dropped the appliance and ran and bailed on installation with some lame excuse on delivery (it was a Friday afternoon so I suppose Happy Hour was more important than earning a living) I had a refrigerator in my garage for two days. In the end I had to go from handshake to hardball (which I hate to do but will do only if I have to) to receive what should have been a no brainer - just be wary. They carry everything under the sun that other appliance centers do not carry but you're going to get a run around to stop being put on hold, being on the phone with some four or five people who could not care less about customer satisfaction (the girls giggled as they chewed gum when I asked to speak to a supervisor - apparently they think it's funny to waste my time) and some serious choice words with the manager for getting the thing installed. They made it right by bringing in an exceptional installer but until I made it clear the treatment was unacceptable my installation was seriously unprofessionally handled. Be ready or buy the appliance with a truck outside to make your own delivery and an installer you've separately contracted.

Horrible Customer Service. These people do not know what they are doing. They should not even be in business. I order A LOT of appliances each month and everytime I order from them, they screw it up. EVERYTIME! It shouldn't take 5 weeks to get a plain white fridge!! No one takes responsibility either, it is just a "whatever" attitude from all the employees.
