Dont come here to get glasses!! They do bad work. In feb i had some held for me, i called later that week to make sure they had them and they still did. Later (still feb) i went to pay for them, well apparently some other EMPLOYEE had Taken My glasses and replaced them with two other glasses(I had NOT choosen). So i had to wait there while the lady called around to see if someone else had the frames i wanted. It took awhile but she finally found them. I was very courteous and paid for them. Had to wait 1 week to get the glasses and when i get there, they had applied the"transition and no glare extras on their WITHOUT my permission. And then the Glasses she had Ordered Were NOT the glasses i had the first time. So i have to wait ANOTHER week for them to fix the glasses and For me to GET my refund by the manager who was supposed to call me but never did. I decided to completely cancel my order since they messed up since day one. Well since the manager never called me to talk about my refund i had to go back again a day later to talk to a diffrent manager. We are now in March and its been 3 or 4 days now and i HAVE not received my Refund wich was over 200 no insurance ( another thing they messed up on saying my (apprent insurance payed some of it) ///i dont have insurance payed for it ALL out of MY pocket. Honesty iv never had a Problem with getting glasses but then again I used to get them from Marion who did a good Job. They will lose 5 customers since my family wears glasses and i shall make sure to pass it around that this IS NOT a Good place.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Dr. Foster gave my son totally wrong prescription.....Dr. Roberts re-did, however when ordered glasses they still used wrong rx AGAIN and $500 over priced dollars later it took goiing back three times for them to get it right. Dr. Foster is rude and inattentive- Dr. Robers is only redeeming person in that store.
