Goodyear Auto Service – Raben Tire

I took my F250 diesel truck in to have the oil changed. I specifically told them I wanted Motorcraft oil put in it. The lady at the front desk even confirmed that I did want Motorcraft. It took 20 minutes for them to get my truck in the shop, even though there were no other vehicles. After seeing them bring my truck around to the front, I finally walked to the register to see if they were ready for me to check out, since no one let me know otherwise. The lady I talked to when I brought the truck in checked me out. She was making a change on the computer and told me that they put Rotella in my truck. I was confused, and reminded her that I specifically asked for Motorcraft. She said “I didn’t know it was a diesel. Motorcraft doesn’t make diesel oil”. I argued that they do, and when I showed her a picture she said “well, not one that I stock in the store”. Not only was this lady wrong, but she acted like because I’m a woman, I didn’t know what I was talking about. Extremely pi$$ed that what I requested was not honored, that some different kind of oil is now in my truck, that no one asked me before they put something else in my truck, and that I was treated like that.

Daughter goes to SEMO, the start of her spring break, her 2005 SUV broke down. Had to have it towed and AAA recomended Raben. Couldn't of been more pleased given that we live in KCMO, and had no idea where to go and who to trust. Raben, kept me up to date, and only fixed the actual problem but checked other items in case, but all was good so no extra add-on charges, like you get in the big cities. They were even so kind to let the car stay on their lot till my daughter got back from break. Now we have a place we trust for all future work in the Cape Girardeau area.

Went in to get an oil change, waited 45 minutes, with 3 other people getting theirs changed, and out of 45 minutes, 20 of it we watched the servicemen play on their phones. Had they been busy and been working, the wait wouldn't have bothered me. But I AM NOT going to wait and waste my day while their employees are unprofessional.

I just recently had Raben Tire replace a ball joint, tie rods, & had BF Goodrich tires put on my truck. I'm very pleased with the quality work their mechanics provide, & the 90 days same as cash plan Raben Tire has. My truck of course rides like new. Just very pleased with Raben Tires service, & I like how they provided transportation too and from home. Kind regards
