This is the best Company we've ever dealt with for tile. They have the greatest selection in a huge showroom with everything under the sun in there. Their sales staff were very knowledgeable and helped us from making some rookie mistakes with our kitchen. It came out amazing! Highly recommended if you truly demand a great outcome and great support.

I just find the owners and its employees to be snakes. They could care less about any of their customers and they do not mind LYING to make the sale. Shame on you! I would love to know who these other reviews are talking to saying that they had courteous assistance. cause the five or so purchases that i have had here have all been met with the same crudeness. NO MORE

My wife and i shop at Westside Tile for all our house needs in a way of tile and found the people there to be very professional and courteous, i will continue to do so for years to come and recomand them to all my friends.

I've known Steve ( the owner ) for over 15 years. I've come to respect and admire him

for who he is and what he has created in West Side Tile.( WST )

I send my customers to West Side Tile for a variety of reasons, not one in particular

only, but for the whole package they have to offer in that store.

WST for one has the largest tile and glass mosaic selections of any store in the San Fernando Valley. They also have some natural stones.

Choosing tile for your house today has become more complex and more time consuming than it has ever been at any time before. Having a large selection to

choose from becomes a must. Customers' list of wants has become larger. Most

stores do not have all of what is needed to satisfy a demanding customer list.

It is just too time consuming to send my customer shopping at two or three different

places. It's a lot easier to stick with one (WST). All my customers thank me later on

especially those that have already been shopping around in a bunch of small stores.

Steve's store is usually always busy. ( that is a good sign ) This tells me that the

guys over there are doing something right. I know what that reason is. It is some of

the best dedicated customer service that you can find anywhere that keeps them

busy and keeps customers comming back.

Going into a small and customer empty store is a scary notion to me. It gives me the creeps, and makes me want to get out.

At Steve's the sales people will not jump on you as soon as you go in.

They might leave you a while to do your own shopping around.

That doen't mean they have forgotten you. They just might be busy.

But I assure you that once one of the sales people gets to you, you will understand

why I send all my customers over there. It is concentrated dedicated lengthy service

that you will get.

Go meet the great crew if you are serious about buying tile. Bobby , Braunwyn, Fred and Bruce.

Hey, if all you want is any tile at the lowest price, because you don't really care about

what's in your home then go shop somewhere else.

Talk about Hype. Over Priced. Cluttered. Jerks.....My wife and I were reffered to these people by our previous contractor. We were so disappointed. We spent about 10 minutes in there without any one asking if they could help us out and when we did ask for help they said that we needed to hire a designer because we had no clue what we were doing. They kept putting all these products in front of us and when it came down to pricing-wow-talk about insane. I had a feeling that they were either hurting for money or they were trying to get the most out of me to cover their heavy advertising expenses. I can't believe that these guys were even feautured on Alan Mendelson's Best Buy program. We took the quote and samples they gave us and went to another store that we saw up the street by Canoga and Osborne on our way in. Talk about a big difference in attitude and treatment. With out even saying anything to them about Westside Tile we asked if they could give us pricing. They gave us a price and I was shocked to find out that the same price that I was being told at Westside Tile was contractor pricing was actually the Retail price and that my contractor would recieve an additional 20% off. My wife and i looked at each other with disgust as we realized that we were being lied to at Westside Tile. I called my conttractor and told him and he insisted that i go back to Westside Tile at once and buy my material from them because according to him Westside was giving us the best deal around but when I confronted him about the pricing that I was getting at this store he had no excuse for it. We fired him. Spent over 65,000 dollars worth of material and we know that it was money well spent. Don't get ripped off by these clowns. They are rude and nasty to you. Take a drive up the street and you will see the difference.

I am a designer & contractor & I love sending my customers on the west side to this store. They have a huge selection, one of the best tile stores I deal with. Off course they are all experienced but they also have a great service. Not once I had an unhappy customer.

I think the best tile store in Los Angeles is in Canoga Park!! I have never seen so many selections in a tile store. Other stores just packed the tile in. These people thought about me, a confused customer. I could see everything. Not only that, I was helped by Bobby. He was terrific. He understood what I wanted becaused he asked me. He then put together my bathroom on their conference table for me to see. If I didn't like something, he brought me something else. What service!!
