quickly, had the parts on his truck and was so nice and knowledgeable. If you need a new gate repair call them now! They’re awesome!!!!

Great company. Highly recommended by our manager at Sun valley. Customer service response was fast and the service and price is excellent. Text messages before arrival time for technicians is great. My experience with them has been positive. I called them because our gate was not closing, John was able to resolve the matter within a few minutes. John knew what the problem was right away, so far our gate has been working great. I even called them again for another job having to do with our entry system. Gatekeeper is a great company.

Our automatic garage door wasn’t working at all, using remotes or the wall panel.

After I called to schedule an appointment, I received an automatic text from The Gatekeeper the day before our appointment with the estimated arrival time and a text the day of when Al, the technician, was en route. This type of communication was really helpful.

The Gatekeeper arrived, identified the problem, installed a new wall panel and re-activated the remotes all within 15 minutes!!

Excellent job and highly recommended.
