I would not recommend AAA flooring, horrible customer service.
Recently selected tile there, Jim wrote up my order. The tile was installed, did not look right but my invoice matched the tile that was delivered. Went back to the store to discover that Jim did not order the tile I picked out, he placed the order for a different tile. When I complained to Danny the store owner, his reply was “you signed for the order, you paid for the order and you let the tile be installed in your home, you failed to correct the error so it is your fault and not the fault of AAA flooring”. I assumed that in a professional flooring store they would have ordered the tile I selected, guess that is not true at AAA flooring and even though it was an error on their part by ordering the wrong tile, they assume no responsibility because I did not correct their error.
There are so many other flooring stores in the Conejo Valley with the same products and prices I would never recommend AAA flooring, very poor customer service and no responsibility for their actions.
They helped me to select the right floor for our home, answered all of my questions and provided great value in the product and service. Absolutely Professional! Our floor looks stunning & so happy with it! Thanks, AAA Flooring Source.

Great experience with AAA, Elaine was super professional. The wooden flooring she helped us pick was exactly what we wanted, great quality and very fair price. I referred my friends and family and they all were also very satisfied with the service.
I found AAA Flooring Source on the internet. I needed to replace carpeting in a house I just purchased. They were able to meet my budget and sell me a better quality carpet then I expected.
I had the worst experience with this company. I went to AAA flooring wanting to support local business for installation of carpet in my home. In the end, it was a horrible mistake to think that a local company could provide better customer service than the larger corporate retailers. Sadly, I would not recommend to anyone!

As Wholesalers of flooring material only, we do not sell labor. We are sorry we have not been able to help. We do however refer customer who purchase from us to a group of installers that will charge you directly for their services. We do not profit from providing the referral. By working this way, we find that both the customer and the installer benefit from this arrangement. For example, if you were to buy installation of wood flooring from a retailer or a Home Center, you will pay about $4.00 per square foot, were buy retaining the installer directly you will pay only $2.50 per square foot. This example is similar for Laminate, Tile or Carpet installation. Thank you
I had come to AAA Flooring Source to get information about hardwood for my home. The staff there was so helpfull with giving me all the information that I needed . They werent there to try to make me buy the most expensive thing they had. They actually suggested items that fit my budget and my lifestyle. I couldnt be more happy with the way it all turned out.
