Lowe's Home Improvement

My boyfriend and I were dropping off a dryer today because we recently took advantage of their great deal. So we have our old dryer and are prepared to drop it off and my boyfriend goes into the store, asks a customer where he can drop off the old dryer and they say go out back to the storage shed. Ok cool we go back there and we don't see a "shed" we just see a large chained fence with stuff in it. We wait back there and don't see anyone, we try calling them and they don't pick up their phone twice! It just keeps looping us back to where we want our call to be directed. So we go back inside speak to someone again and they say someone should be back there.. yea we know. So she calls someone to go back there and we drive around back and wait. No one was there, my boyfriend says screw it and gets out and almost breaks his back trying to slide a dryer out of his truck and carry it, yea he dropped it. We drove away and he told me there was someone sitting in a forklift..... AN EMPLOYEE WAS SITTING IN A FORKLIFT. It wasn't moving, he was just sitting there watching him get a dryer out of his truck. Pissed. Never going back, I understand this is the holidays and everyone is super busy but really? Not satisfied with their willingness to help at all. So if you want to drop off a large appliance just do it yourself, don't bother asking them just drop it off and leave.

I like shopping here and I do often but my visit there yesterday was not a very good one, after I took some bulbs back that had been purchased for me as a gift and wanted to exchange them for bulbs that would fit my sockets but the lady put it back on the card without even saying anything after I had told her that I just wanted to exchange them, and when she handed me a receipt and said the money's back on the card which is not what I wanted so I said something to her and all she says to me is well it's already done now, and needless to say I walked in with $36 worth of bulbs and I ended up leaving with nothing very unhappy:(:(
