If you are looking to get ripped off...these are your guys!!! Called them out to fix a leak on a Aprilaire home humidifier (FYI they installed it) now the line from the water heater is leaking. Told my wife it would be over 2K to fix...and then charged me $99.00 for the quote. Three hours later it is fixed and replaced for $521.00.



Do not waste a minute with these guys on any project, plenty of honest companies out there...these guys should not even be in business.

Excellent and professional service from trechnician Noah F. Got furnace going again on a Sunday after calling emergency number. Both the emergency call number and the technician showed patience with my problem of not having any heat, and their response was quick and concerned, Recommend Genz-Ryan for emergency contact for the repair of your furnance.

The customer service over the phone was excellent. The female was super friendly, patient & helpful. The service Tech Jake Pyles was extremely friendly, professional & explained everything so I understood what he worked on; he also gave me tips on maintenance, etc. I was very impressed with this company.

Poor customer service does not even begin to describe Genz Ryan in Bursnville.



They installed the Lennox Heat Pump incorrectly. Numerous calls were made to the Sales Rep with no response. They took too long to resolve the issue and even longer to apologize.



An appointment was recently scheduled from their web site. No response was received so we called them. We were told there was no record even though a confirmation email was sent to my email address.



Genz Ryan obviously does not care abou the customer. Call someone who does.
