I know this isn't yelp but I believe shsring my thoughts wisdom on about them on here is important.

Thanks to Shaba Brown, Sonny Alavigheh & James Ramos at Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park! They really worked a deal that satisfied my wants. Shaba & Sonny kept me well informed during the entire process.... I'd highly recommend to others as I am sure I will be a Ken Grody customer in the future.

Contrary to some other reviews, I had a great experience at this dealer. I've been in the market for a new car, mine's getting to the point where she can't go on anymore. I wanted to look at a few different types of cars and was referred to Ken Grody Ford by a friend. Upon visiting the dealer I met Blaine G. who immediately offered me a cold refreshment. Blaine is friendly, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable about the different makes on the lot. I don't know much about cars, really, I'm pretty lacking in the car wisdom department, so having a patient and well informed employee helping me out was relieving. Blaine answered all my questions and wasn't pushy like we all expect car salesmen to be. I've put off shopping for a new car because of this stereotype, but I didn't have one moment of that at Ken Grody. Blaine was professional and knowledgable, but also made me feel at ease and not pressured. I haven't made a decision yet (I'm incredibly indecisive), but I'll be going back to Ken Grody once I mull it over. Check them out for yourself!
