Texas National Guard Headquarters 4th

I live 2 houses away from this facility. This is a very quiet neighborhood even though the Blinn College Campus is just down the road. This place rents out its facility for parties. Over the last 20 plus years I can't remember a party that the police was not called. This last weekend was a very bad experience. It appeared the entire shift for the police force was there. It's not even about the noise ... which is bad, but it’s about the vehicles doing burnouts and speeding down the streets, the mob fights that seem to break out in the parking lot, the people leaving the party on foot that walk through yards and into people’s carports, they shout obscenities at the home owners as they walk by. No Respect
